The perfect Frittata: Set it and forget it!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted asparagus, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped country ham, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your crock-pot on low for ten minutes. Then turn to high heat.
- Put the eggs, cheese, pepper and salt and ALL of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir them together using a fork.
- Add the butter to the crock-pot and brush it around the surface.
- Add it all to the crock-pot and heat on high for twenty minutes.
